This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This site cannot verify a warrant, recall or clear an order, take court payments, arrange surrender, or give legal advice. Those questions belong with the issuing court, an attorney, or the sheriff when the issue concerns execution or records held by law enforcement.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Match the office to the record type. A clerk may direct a court-record request to a judicial process instead of the county public-information form.
- County-court records: Llano County Clerk, 107 West Sandstone Street, Llano, TX 78643; mail to PO Box 40; 325-247-4455. The office lists Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Clerk’s official page links the new public search service and re:SearchTX.
- District-court records: Llano County District Clerk, 832 Ford Street, Llano, TX 78643-1920; 325-247-5036. The 33rd and 424th District Courts serve Llano, while district administration is in Burnet. Call before traveling.
- Execution or custody questions: Llano County Sheriff, 752 Andy Taylor Drive, Suite A, Llano, TX 78643; 325-247-5767. The Sheriff’s official page has no public active-warrant roster. Call 911 for an emergency.
- Justice Court cases: call the JP precinct shown on the citation. The county's JP directory lists JP 1 at 830-598-2296, JP 2 at 512-793-2332, JP 3 at 512-793-2016, and JP 4 at 325-247-3178.
- City cases: Llano Municipal Court 325-247-1928; Horseshoe Bay Municipal Court 830-598-9975; Sunrise Beach Village Municipal Court 325-388-6438. Use the court named on the ticket.
For releasable county department records, the Llano County Public Information page explains the PIRR process. The completed form can be emailed to publicinformationrequest@co.llano.tx.us, mailed to Public Information Records Request, 801 Ford Street, Llano, TX 78643, or faxed to 325-247-7732. Fees follow law; the county does not promise a fixed online turnaround.
County Clerk records, including criminal records, can be requested directly from that office without the county PIRR form. A court record may be subject to separate judicial access rules. When asking for a log, identify the department, date range, and record type, then request non-exempt fields with protected identifiers removed.
For a city court matter, use the clerk's own page before using its payment vendor. Horseshoe Bay's official warning says police will not call residents about warrants and demand money. Stop and verify through a posted government number if a caller threatens arrest.
